PLEASE READ THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE & WARRANTY CAREFULLY

Roverparts plus offer a 1 month warranty on used parts and 3 month warranty on new parts. These warranty terms are not transferable, original invoice is required for proof of purchase. Used parts sold by Roverparts plus should be clean, tested to be in good working condition, and where applicable, engraved or marked "I.A.". Purchases should be accompanied with a receipt or invoice, this will validate the warranty.This warranty applies only to the part in question, Roverparts plus will in no way be liable to any other incurred costs relative to any part supplied by us

All labour charges incurred will not be covered by the warranty, no allowance is made for transport costs. Components used in Performance/off road or race applications are not warrantied.

Engine warranty: Engines are provided with a warranty against smoking, knocking or excessive oil leaks. Warranties duration will be specific for the type of engine, i.e. 300tdi ; 6 month/10,000 klm, Freelander 1.8 petrol : 7 days/200 klm warranty, and so on. Warranty duration will be specified on invoice/receipt. The condition of any engine warranty is that the cooling system radiator has been thoroughly cleaned, coolant hoses (both radiator & heater hoses) are renewed, new thermostat is fitted, new belts are fitted (both drive belts and timing belts where applicable), new correct grade engine oil and all filters are renewed, and new spark plugs fitted (where applicable), on diesel engines supplied by us , the injectors are not covered by warranty, Diesel engines must have cleaned injectors and flow tested, a faxed copy of the test is to be sent to (03) 5336 1747

EXCHANGE/CREDIT POLICY

In the instance that you are not satisfied with the quality, condition or operation of the part you have purchased from Roverparts plus, please return the part to us for an exchange. In the event that we do not have a replacement part, we will order or locate another, failing this, we will issue you with a full refund. All applications for an exchange or credit must be accompanied with the original receipt for proof of purchase. NO CREDITS ISSUED ON ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS.
